International Calls are when you make a phone call from the UK to someone who is in a foreign country. This can be to a foreign-based phone number or simply a colleague who is visiting a foreign country.

The call charges for making International Calls depend upon when you became a Yes Telecom customer/renewed your services and to where in the world you are calling. Below are the prices and locations:

For Customers who joined/renewed services BEFORE January 14th 2010

	International Call Cost
Europe / North America	12p / minute
Rest of World	30p / minute

Applicable Tariffs

The above rates are applicable to customers who joined/renewed services before 14th January 2010 on the following tariffs: Vodafone Total Business, Vodafone Business Clarity, Sharetime/Sharetime Plus and Small Business.

For Customers who joined/renewed services FROM January 14th 2010

	International Call Cost
Europe	12p / minute
USA / Canada	12p / minute
Rest of World	50p / minute

Applicable Tariffs

The above rates are applicable to customers who joined/renewed services from14th January 2010 on the following tariffs: Vodafone Total Business, Vodafone Business Clarity, Sharetime/Sharetime Plus and Small Business.
